Noxdragon Academic Terms

These terms supplement the general Terms of Service and apply to EON, Theca, Imagine, and SimuLab.

1. Your study material

The decks, books, summaries, presentations, and problems you create or upload are yours. You can export them in open or native formats (.eon, .imgin, PDF) and take them with you anytime.

2. Third-party content

You're responsible for having the right to upload the material you load (for example, your books). Theca is a personal library: what you upload is not shared with other users or published.

3. Shared content

If you publish a deck to the EON Marketplace or share an Imagine presentation by link, you authorize other users to view it and use it for their personal study. You can unpublish anytime; copies already imported by other users remain.

4. AI features

AI features consume the tokens included in your plan. AI-generated results can contain mistakes: always verify against your sources, especially for health-related content.

5. Storage and limits

Each plan defines card, storage, and presentation limits, shared across the Academic apps. If you downgrade and exceed the new limits, your content is not deleted: you just can't add more until you free up space.

6. Deletion

Deleting your account removes your decks, library, summaries, and presentations as described in the Privacy Policy.
