1. What data we process

• Account: name, email, and credentials, managed in our identity system (Keycloak).
• Content: the files, cards, presentations, and other material you upload to the services.
• Usage: technical and product metrics (for example, study sessions) to operate and improve the services.
• Payment: payments are handled by external providers; we don't store your full card details.

2. What we use it for

To provide the services, keep your progress, power features like spaced repetition, enforce your plan limits, and improve the products. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where it's stored

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Uploaded files live in storage encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Who can access it

Only you (and the people you explicitly share content with). Within the team, access to production data is restricted and audited. We share data with third parties only when essential to operate (for example, payment processors) or under legal obligation.

5. AI

Some features use AI models (our own or from providers like Google and Mistral) to, for example, generate summaries or cards. Content sent to those features is used only to produce your answer; we don't authorize its use to train provider models.

6. Geolocation

To show prices in your currency we estimate your country from your IP address. We don't build location histories.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session and preferences (like language). We don't use advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and delete your data. Account deletion removes your content from active systems within 30 days at most, except what we must retain by law.
